El Paso County
Identity Development
The County of El Paso partnered with Barracuda Public Relations to redesign their county seal and create a comprehensive identity system. The previous seal had limitations in scalability and reproduction, along with imperfections in its design. The County also sought to address inconsistencies in branding across its various departments and ensure a unified visual identity. The project included creating a new seal, developing an identity system for use across all departments, and establishing guidelines for signage and vehicle branding.

Barracuda Public Relations delivered a redesigned county seal, a unified identity system for all departments, and comprehensive branding guidelines for signage and vehicle graphics, ensuring a consistent and impactful visual presence for the County of El Paso.

One of the County’s major pain points was uniformity across all departments. In response, Barracuda PR made sure to provide direction in the brand guiidelines for all it’s departments. Barracuda also had the capability to develop a plan to rollout the brand guidelines throughout the County, and a system for distributing the new county logos and providing them again once they inevitably become lost or misplaced.
